HelpPuff: your website’s AI assistant, owned by you

AnnouncementProductNov 2, 2026

HelpPuff is a free, open-source (MIT) website assistant that deploys entirely inside a user's own Cloudflare account. Setup is handled by AI coding agents — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or OpenCode — which turn an empty folder into a tested assistant after one prompt. Conversations, leads and knowledge stay in the user's Cloudflare services (D1, Vectorize, KV), with no hosted control plane. The free plan supports roughly 300 answers daily.
