OpenAI and Grab have launched GO Forward with AI, a two-year skilling programme to help 30,000 Grab driver-, delivery-, and merchant-partners across Southeast Asia build practical AI skills. It begins in Singapore before expanding to Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines later this year, then Malaysia and Vietnam in 2027. Workshops, based on the OpenAI Academy curriculum, will include hands-on use of ChatGPT Work. Grab's Driver AI Assistant, built on OpenAI models, has reached close to 500,000 drivers.
