Partner John Savva created the tool as a proof of concept with Codex before expanding it for multiple lawyers. It integrates firm precedents, negotiating playbooks, and ChatGPT Enterprise, returning a memorandum and proposed tracked changes. Savva says the tool supports lawyers' deeper analysis rather than replacing them.
