Nvidia open-sources Flora to make robot video labeling 125x cheaper than GPT-6 Astra

AnnouncementModelOct 25, 2026

Nvidia says its open-source Flora data engine labels one hour of robot video for about 72 cents, versus roughly $88.50 with GPT-6 Astra. Flora comprises three fine-tuned Qwen3.5 models, including Flora-Rewarder, and already annotates up to 200,000 hours daily for GR00T training. Models are on Hugging Face. Benchmarks show mixed results: Flora excels at detecting action boundaries and failed steps but trails Astra in description accuracy.
