ForensicDbg's AI Crash Debugging Gauntlet

AnnouncementProductOct 22, 2026

ForensicDbg evaluated five crash-analysis setups by running Claude Code against 10 crash dumps, 10 times each, for 500 total sessions. Competitors included ForensicDbg's MCP server, WinDbg via svnscha's mcp-windbg, direct CDB use, LLDB, and no tool. Using no tool scored worst on every metric. ForensicDbg was the only competitor to reach the author's expected analysis and actionability levels, while remaining mid-pack on cost and time.
