AnnouncementResearchOct 27, 2026

Anthropic's life sciences team has partnered with six drug development organizations—BigHat Biosciences, Bristol Myers Squibb, Divergence Labs, Enveda, Generate Biomedicines, and The Column Group—and begun its own drug discovery programs, including one for rare childhood muscular dystrophy. Early partner results include Generate Biomedicines' shortened CAR T-cell designs and Divergence Labs' roughly 35,000 antibody designs for food allergy treatment. Anthropic plans to scale this work substantially.
