America.gov gets really weird when you ask it about Minecraft, but it's not a glitch

AnnouncementProductSep 29, 2026

The U.S. government launched the America.gov chatbot on Tuesday, built in partnership with Google and SpaceXAI. The chatbot has resisted jailbreak attempts and states that Joe Biden won the 2020 election, a result Donald Trump still denies. When asked about Minecraft, it produces a roughly 1,800-word monologue reworking the Minecraft "End Poem" by Julian Gough, an easter egg rather than a malfunction. Trump publicly credited a 20-year-old programmer as a lead engineer on the project.
