Meta Platforms will launch its AI agent Hatch in the coming weeks and release a new model called Watermelon in October, according to internal documents seen by The Information. Hatch, a consumer version of the OpenClaw agent, may use tiered pricing up to $199.99 monthly. It is designed to work with DoorDash, Etsy, Reddit, and Yelp, and supports Mark Zuckerberg's push to monetize AI spending. Meta is also building a WhatsApp platform for plugging in AI agents.
