Meta's Muse agent provides every user with a free cloud computer running a full Ubuntu Linux image, according to David Singleton, VP of Engineering at Meta Superintelligence Labs and former Stripe CTO. Users can install software, write code, and browse the web inside a sandboxed "Runtime Cell" monitored by a Sentinel process, with credentials stored outside. Muse topped 500,000 first-week users and reached number one in the Apple App Store.
