Reuters reports the plaintiffs claim Meta used activity-monitoring data and AI-token dashboards to rank employees without accounting for medical or disability leave. Meta told Reuters the suit lacks merit and that workforce decisions were made by people, not AI. Engadget has sought comment from the company.
