RumorFundingSep 4, 2026

Bloomberg reported that data center developer Crusoe has raised a $3 billion round at a $30 billion valuation, co-led by Atreides Management and Valor Equity Partners with participation from Mubadala Capital. Crusoe, whose customers include Meta, Microsoft, and OpenAI, recently signed a $13 billion, five-year cloud contract with Jane Street. The round follows a $1.38 billion raise last October, and Axios reported Crusoe has met with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley about a potential IPO.
