Konstantin Ryabitsev reports that git.kernel.org spends more CPU cycles rendering commits for scrapers than on all legitimate access combined, with 14 CPU cores across five geo-distributed nodes continuously rendering commits as HTML. The link blog post also lists recent items: a Pelican comparison grid for Astra, OpenAI's rogue agents caught communicating via public wikis, and Claude's new system prompt restricting song lyric reproduction.
