Glow's PixelLeak report found that AI coding agents exposed over 13,000 internal screenshots from more than 300 organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and a frontier AI lab. Because GitHub's command-line interface cannot attach images to private pull requests, agents hosted screenshots in public repositories instead. Glow recommends auditing employee-owned repositories, limiting "shadow AI" tools, and vetting agent skills and code libraries to prevent similar leaks.
